In class, you will learn how to create felted slippers, bags, mittens, hats, chair cushions, bowls and more.

In this class you will learn the modern wet felting technique called Nuno which creates a durable, elegant and warm material by combining wool with silk or other lightweight fabric.

Using a variety of fill or building a wire armature, students create a sculpture of their imagination

Since the party always seems to end up in the kitchen, it’s the perfect place for handmade felted woolen goods that are fire, mildew and odor resistant as well as beautiful and durable.

Tell a story by felting a scene, which includes a background felted painting, foreground sculptural felting and seamless resist felting for puppets and other objects.

Try your hand and felt something for your favorite animal; from a cozy cave for a cat, a dog bed, cat toys, dog jackets, dog booties or even a bird house, this course will ofter plenty of opportunities to express your creativity as well as meet the needs of your indulgent animal.

In this class, you will learn both needle felting and wet felting techniques to create beautiful finger and hand puppets.

You will learn how to make 2D and 3D items using needle felting and wet felting techniques. Create gnomes, bears, dinosaurs, mushrooms, rivers, fish--the possibilities are endless. Adults and children can create a diorama together or each create your own.

This is a good introduction to felting for those just looking to get started and a fun day for those who have some experience but want to expand their needle-felting and wet-felting skills. We will be making flat items of use or just beauty.

In this class, you will learn how to take wool from raw fleece to fiber. This will include washing, carding, making wool batts, and your choice of wet felting or needle felting.
